Ninon Nelson is the Director of Outreach and Engagement, and Deputy Head of Office, Africa at the Spix Foundation. In both roles, she champions the Foundation’s mission to strengthen education systems through the RESPECT initiative.

 

She leads the Foundation’s global partnerships, cultivating collaborations with multilateral organizations, philanthropic foundations, and the private sector across the education ecosystem. Integrating communications, advocacy, and stakeholder engagement, she ensures strong alignment between programs, partners, and regional priorities. With a focus on impact, Ninon helps position the Foundation as a trusted partner in advancing inclusive, innovative, and scalable solutions for learners across Africa and beyond.
